Christmas Cocktails at Bibiana: Beverage Director Michael King of Ashok Bajaj’s Italian restaurant Bibiana has created 25 new seasonally inspired drinks, one for each day of December until Christmas. Among the list of cocktails is the Christmas Cookie, made with espresso, Prosecco grappa and lemon air; the Belladonna, a concoction of bourbon, apple cider and cranberry; and the Variopinto a blend of Prosecco grappa, orange, honey, fig, ginger and rosemary tincture and the Carino, Boyd and Blair, quince and pear jam, lemon and honey. Guests can experience a new libation every evening through December 24th, each priced at $12.
Hot Cocoa and Cider Bars at A Bar + Kitchen: Starting December 1st A Bar + Kitchen, located in Avenue Suites, will continue to welcome guests on their expansive outdoor terrace for the winter months with the debut of DIY hot cocoa and hot cider bars, as well as s’mores by the fire pits. Guests can create their own warm libations at the do-it-yourself hot cider bar with cinnamon sticks and other mulling spices for $5, with the option to make it a cocktail with a shot of Bourbon or Dark Spiced Rum for an additional $6. A hot cocoa bar will offer the same level of customization with whipped cream, marshmallows, peppermint and other toppings for $5, with the option to add a shot of Bailey’s Irish Cream, Bourbon, or Peppermint Schnapps for an extra $6.
Chestnuts and Wine at Lupo Verde: On Saturday, December 6th Lupo Verde plans to offer a cone of warm roasted chestnuts and a glass of vino novello to their guests exclusively on their gated 40-seat patio. This special offering is priced at $10 and is available exclusively from 12 PM to 6 PM. Stay for dinner and sample their new winter dishes and holiday cocktails.
Free Champagne at Second State: On Friday, December 12th Second State will celebrate the 227 anniversary of Pennsylvania becoming the second state to ratify the constitution, by giving each guest who dines in the restaurant a complimentary glass of Champagne.
Carolers at 1789 Restaurant: From December 11th through Christmas Eve, carolers will stroll throughout the restaurant and delight diners with traditional Christmas carols.
Truffle-Making Class at Black’s Bar & Kitchen: On Saturday, December 13th from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 pm, Black’s Bar & Kitchen pastry chef Melanie Parker will lead a demonstration on the art of making chocolate truffles, while guests enjoy a three-course lunch and a glass of Champagne.
Santa is Coming to Roof Terrace Restaurant: On December 13th, 14th, 20th, and 21st, Roof Terrace Restaurant is decking the halls with delicious eats and treats this holiday season, and kicking off with the 18th Annual Holiday Brunches with Santa.
