We’re back for another episode of “America’s Next Top Model,” and this week the models are challenged with acting in a scene from a Korean soap opera, plus their photo shoot will have them channeling an American icon. Read on…
As the models return home, they are greeted once again by Keith’s winning photo on the flat screen TV. They talk about how they’re glad that Chantelle is no longer there, and Keith opens up all the goodies he won in the challenge.
As part of Keith’s winning best photo, he also gets a Tyra treat, which is a box of candy, which Keith gladly shares with the others.
The next day as everyone is enjoying breakfast, they are joined by Miss J, who talks about Korean soap operas. He tells them that today, they will all be acting in one. He hands out scripts for them to memorize and warns them that some of the lines are in Korean.
Lenox is worried as she knows that acting isn’t her strong suit. Keith is worried because he doesn’t have the best memory. Adam isn’t worried at all, saying he has a great memory, and he burns his script. The others are a little disgusted with this attitude.
Later on, everyone is taken to the N Seoul Tower. They meet the stars of “Emergency Couple,” Clara and Jong Hoon Yoon. They will be judging them on their acting.
First up is Will. He has to act as a straight guy, who is attracted to a girl, and it’s not going so well for him.
Shei is second, and she had some problems remembering her lines.
Lenox is so worried that she won’t remember her lines that she totally blows her lines. Oops.
Adam is next, and he is sure he will smoke it, but when he actually starts acting, he isn’t remembering anything.
Now it’s Keith’s turn. Like the others, he doesn’t seem to be able to remember his lines. But, he has a solution. He turns to K-Songz, which is his cool alter ego. Soon, he is making up his own flirty lines, and the actress is falling for his charm.
The winner will receive $1,000 worth of sunglasses, and the winner is Keith.
As the models return back to the house, they are greeted with their challenge scores, which are as follows:
It’s time for something we haven’t seen much of this cycle… Tyra mail!
Will reads the message:
“Thank you, thank you very much! Fierce and Love, Tyra”
Adam, being from Memphis knows what that means. Elvis!
The next day, the models arrive in the Gangnam district where they meet Yu Tsai. He tells them that this is the location of their photo shoot. Suddenly, Tyra shows up to help give the models their photo shoot description. She says the girls will be dressed as Marilyn Monroe, while the guys will be dressed as Elvis Presley. The photographer for the shoot is Massimo Campana. They hand out photos of different styles of Marilyn and Elvis. Lenox gets the sexy Marilyn from “Seven Year Itch,” where the subway breeze blows up her dress. Shei, who is naturally sexy, gets the Marilyn pinup pose for her shot. Will gets the white jumpsuit-wearing Elvis. Keith gets the “Jailhouse Rock” Elvis, and Adam gets the early pre-Vegas Elvis.
It’s off to hair and makeup, and the guys are fitted with black Elvis wigs, while the girls don their platinum Marilyn doos.
Will is first, and being a dance instructor he should kill this. But, that isn’t the case. Tyra has to come over and actually “show” him how he should be moving. Not good. He started slow but he ended up with something that was good.
Keith is next. He also has a hard time getting a good shot, and again Tyra has to show him what to do. It doesn’t look like he’s going to get something good. We will see.
Shei is next, and she has been having a hard time being too sexy. Maybe that will work for her this week. Yu thinks that she looks more “draggy” in her shots. Ugh. Yu tells her she needs to give her heart in her photo. After hearing that, she picks it up and gets something good.
Lenox is next. Week after week, she has had a hard time being sexy, so I’m thinking this is going to be a difficult photo shoot for her. She starts slowly, but picks up in the end.
Adam is the final model to shoot. Right off the bat, Adam is just killing it. This may be the first week he gets first call out. His shots looked amazing.
Back at the house, it’s time for “Skull mail!”
“Tomorrow you will meet with the judges. Only 4 of you will continue on in the hopes of becoming America’s Next Model.”
It’s time for judging. The judges scores will be posted left to right – Miss J, Tyra and Kelly.
First is Adam. Miss J loves it, as does Kelly, who says he is definitely embodying Elvis.
9, 10, 10
Shei is next. Kelly calls it a “little trailer.”Owww. Miss J likes the tooch but would like to have more sex.
7, 8, 7
Next is Will. Miss J thinks his head looks too big. Kelly says it’s not a good modeling shot. Tyra thinks he’s kicking ass, but hates that he’s doing the “Willie Hunch.”
8, 9, 7
Lenox is next. Kelly doesn’t like the way Lenox’s legs look. Tyra thinks the styling is wearing her. She isn’t wearing the styling.
8, 9, 7
Last is Keith. Tyra is unhappy that Keith isn’t giving any neck. Kelly loves it.
8, 7, 9
Now it’s time to add the challenge score, judge’s score and social media score and see who is going home. The call outs went as follows:
The bottom two are Lenox and Shei. Which girl will represent in the finale next week? It’s Lenox who will be staying. Shei will pack her bags and go home.
Tune in on Fri., Nov. 28 at 9:00 p.m., to find out what happens next. If all goes like in previous cycles, it will be a two part finale, with next week being part one.
