Last fall, ENO Wine Bar launched their Sunday wine classes called ENOversity. The classes sold out quickly and were such a huge hit, they now offer them monthly.
Led by ENO’s certified sommeliers, Sabrina Kroeger and Roberto Picado, these monthly sessions offer fun, casual, educational tasting experiences. Sabrina Kroeger and Robert Picado lead their guests on a tasting and sensory journey of discovery that is interactive and engaging. Guests learn about a wide range of varietals, how to pair food and wine, and explore wine regions around the globe. ENOversity helps guests develop their palates and understand what kinds of wines they prefer.
If you missed February’s class, “True love is…Bubbles and Chocolates”, then sign up for next class, Sunday, March 1, which is entitled, Somm Might Say. This class includes a guided and interactive blind-tasting. This kind of tasting helps you hone your palate and tasting skills because you are more likely to form unbiased opinions when you can see the wine or the label. You will taste five wines from around the world, that are typical of their terroir and each student will receive customized cheat sheets to assist with future wine tastings.
