Take a culinary adventure at Binkley’s Frank Family Wine Dinner. The five-course event features red and white varietals from Frank Family Vineyards, and will take place on Monday, March 16, at Binkley’s Restaurant, 6920 E. Cave Creek Road in Cave Creek.
The Frank Family Dinner is $120 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and dinner begins at 7 p.m. Reservations can be made at BinkleysRestaurant.com or by calling 480-437-1072.
Located in the heart of Napa Valley, Frank Family Vineyards produces small quantities of handcrafted wines that can only be purchased on site or at a select few restaurants and retailers. Binkley’s upcoming wine dinner is an opportunity for food and wine lovers to indulge in these award-winning Napa Valley wines as well as Chef Kevin Binkley’s James Beard nominated cuisine.
“This is a very special collaboration. The menu reflects the transition from winter to spring with boldly refreshing flavor profiles” said Chef Binkley.
Throughout the multi-course dinner, guests will enjoy passed hors d’oeuvres, amuse-bouche, and exotic meat and seafood dishes paired with red and white vintages. The full-bodied and savory Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon mirrors the sumptuous flavors of Chef Binkley’s fourth course, a Whey-Fed Berkshire Pork “Mole,” while the aromatic delights of Frank Family’s Late Harvest Chardonnay compliments the sweet and fruity elements of the toasted mango Burratta.
