Brandi Glanville is not known to mince words, but the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star outdid herself on her March 4 Bravo blog. The mom of two wrote about the double standards of some of her “RHOBH” co-stars, and while at first she said “no need to name names,” she ultimately did.
Glanville compared the cast’s reactions to her “tossing an inch of wine” at soap star Eileen Davidson earlier this season to Lisa Rinna “heaving broken glass at people’s faces” during an epic fight with Kim Richards during the ladies’ trip to Amsterdam. The reality star and podcast host went on to explain that she spent hours digging shards of glass out of her hair and clothes, but feels Rinna’s violent behavior was practically skated over.
She also touched on some of the other violence this season – or perceived violence. While Glanville admits that threatening to knock Kyle Richards’ teeth out wasn’t her finest moment, she wonders why Rinna wasn’t called out for grabbing for Kim’s throat during their fight. She also accused the other women of a “group spin” regarding the Amsterdam blowout, saying they acted like it was her and Kim’s fault that Rinna got violent. Glanville also compared her cursing on the show to her co-stars’ foul mouths, and the fact that all of them regularly engage in crude sex talk and not just her.
In one of the most stunning teases, Glanville hinted that Rinna could have some sort of eating disorder, defending Kim’s “Why don’t you have a piece of bread comment” after the soap star repeatedly lectured Kim about addiction. “Glass houses, folks. That’s all I’m saying,” Glanville wrote. She also pointed out that her bestie Kim didn’t actually expose any of Rinna’s secrets, questioning that if the soap star had nothing to hide, why did she go so ballistic?
Glanville finished her manifesto by accusing Kyle Richards of being a narcissist, and she slammed her for not defending her sister. But her biggest diss was aimed at the whole group: “You women are over half a century old. Own your behavior,” she wrote.
While the Amsterdam trip was filmed months ago, clearly there is still tension among the “RHOBH” stars. People reported that at the show’s reunion taping last month, the claws really came out, and a lot of the animosity was directed at Glanville. A source revealed that Glanville felt “really ganged up on,” and is “furious” with the way she’s been portrayed this season. “She doesn’t feel like it’s been fair,” the insider said. Glass houses, ladies.
