Chelsea FC is one victory away from winning the Barclays Premier League title this year. On Wednesday, the Blues came back from behind to defeat Leicester City 3-1 and hold on to the lead in the English league table.
As reported, the Blues are 13 points ahead of second place team Manchester City and Arsenal with only four games left to the season. The three that scored for the Blues were Didier Drogba, John Terry, and Ramires.
The host, Leicester, scored first and gave Chelsea a scare for a moment. The scorer was Marc Albrighton, as Leicester played a good game in the first half.
In the end, the Blues prevailed in the second half and showed that they are the club to most likely take the English Premier League title this year. Chelsea FC has been in the lead for most of the season and has not won the title since 2010.
The Blues has four games left this season in the Premier League. The four adversaries left are Crystal Palace on May 3, Liverpool on May 10, West Brom on May 18, and Sunderland on May 24. The Blues only need one more win to take the title and, looking at the schedule, the Blues will most likely take that title. The odds are greatly in their favor.
Chelsea will most also be participating in the International Champions Cup this summer in the United States. They are to face the New York Red Bulls, Barcelona, Paris Saint-Germain, and Fiorentina.
