Got the winter blues? Head out to Eden Park for some family fun and don’t forget to bring your camera! Snow or no snow, the Park has some great spots for taking pictures and having fun.
The Cincinnati Art Museum offers up a world class collection of art and one of the highlights is the Cincinnati Wing. Featuring galleries packed with all things “Cincinnati”, you can explore the wonderful created in our community through the years with a wide variety of paintings, silver, furniture and Rookwood Pottery. Elsewhere in the galleries, over 6,000 years of treasures await you, from a mummy, to Monet and Picasso, to Pinocchio greeting you as you arrive! Check at the front desk for photography policies, there are many places inside and outside the Museum where pictures are permitted.
A new world for art! Opening on March 7th, the Rosenthal Education Center will have programs for children of all ages in an interactive setting where creative minds can take flight.

The Krohn Conservatory is another of Eden Park’s treasures! Built in 1933 during the Art Deco era, this glass walled structure is a beauty inside and out. Visit a rainforest, a desert and check out more than 3,500 plant species from around the world. Have your picture taken in front of the famous rainforest waterfall!

Eden Park itself is lovely with many spots to stroll and take in river views. Mirror Lake is a favorite for strolling and the adjacent gazebo is another great spot for a winter-themed family photo. Further into the park and near the Conservatory, Twin Lakes welcomes you with two lakes, a footbridge, walking paths, and an impressive view of the Ohio River and Kentucky, several sculptures and a playground. All ripe for great family photos!
