Thursday, November 27: Happy Thanksgiving! Most studios offer an abbreviated holiday schedule, so be sure to check before heading to class. Why not show your gratitude by taking a donation-based class for charity? Samadhi Center for Yoga & Meditation offers two vinyasa classes and a Kundalini Yoga class with live music, all in support of Off the Mat, Into the World and their efforts to combat sex-trafficking in India and Colorado. Proceeds from this morning’s Thanksgiving Gratitude Flow with Kristin Fong at The Yoga Mat go to the Food Bank of the Rockies.

Explore the self-healing techniques of Ayurveda and Thai Yoga Massage, along with Mayan abdominal massage and Myofascial release.
Sunday, November 30: Join April Mueller for Yin & Yoga Nidra Workshop: Heal Your Body, Mind & Soul this afternoon at Mudra Yoga Studio. Begin with a healing Yin practice to release trapped energy from the connective tissue. Then deeply relax during the 30-minute Yoga Nidra guided meditation. No experience is necessary for this all levels practice.
Asana Studio hosts Kendra Howard, founder of Planet Motion, for a World Dance workshop this afternoon. This all levels, fitness-based dance practice ranges from ecstatic to meditative.
