Monday, December 15: Let go of holiday stress at a Tibetan Singing Bowl Concert with Chris Anne and Jason Coviello at Denver Botanic Gardens, tonight, tomorrow night and Wednesday night. Jason plays the Hang Drum, tuned to the note corresponding to the heart chakra. Then Jason and Chris Anne play the Tibetan singing bowls, to balance all of the chakras. Wear comfortable clothing, and bring a mat or blanket to lie on.
Tuesday, December 16: Julieta Claire guides advanced asana practitioners through the Tigress practice every Tuesday and Thursday Night at Endorphin City Park. Proceeds from this class go to a different charity each month, chosen by the class community.
