Warrior Academy presents Joy, their annual Christmas benefit class this morning for SafeHouse Denver. Bring your donation to this gentle flow class set to holiday music to support SafeHouse in serving victims of domestic violence.
After the presents are opened, check out One Yoga owner Sherif Sakr’s noon Holiday Class, a gently heated Power yoga class. The Freyja Project, Kula Yoga Center and The River also offer classes today.
