As this Examiner indulges in her nightly martini that is always accompanied with nuts – blessed, healthy, tasty nuts –the romantic news about the Lavazza coffee glazed walnuts was sure to capture most every food and drink enthusiast’s attention.
This Examiner was, first and foremost, intrigued to learn how and why Debi Mazar & Gabriele Corcos, stars of Cooking Channel’s popular show Extra Virgin with Debi Mazar & Gabrielle Corcos created this walnut recipe
In a follow up email exchange, this Examiner was delighted to discover how Debi and Gabriele created this recipe for the holiday season because – in their words, “It takes a unique spin on the holiday classic and most importantly it’s very easy to prepare. Holiday entertaining can take a lot of out of hosts and we take pride in creating recipes that are simple for the holiday season so you can spend less time in the kitchen and more time with friends and family enjoying delicious treats.”
For those who don’t know – as this Examiner did not – Debi and Gabriele are brand ambassadors for Lavazza. True to their authentic love, they explained how Lavazza coffee has always been a very big part of their lives. Their mornings always start with Lavazza coffee. Gabriele said he has been serving Debi Lavazza coffee in bed since they met 13 years ago, no matter where we they are, rain or shine.
Further, they not only drink coffee in the morning, but they also incorporate Lavazza into their meals and desserts — like the coffee glazed walnuts and various other dishes (see Examiner link below).
