Dreams are a important part of the sleep cycle, helping us to sort out daily events. Our dreams can be pleasant while at other times they are terrible. Native Americans believed you could catch good dreams and keep the bad ones away. How did they do this? Check out Cromwell Valley Park this January to find out.
Catch Your Dreams
On Saturday, January 31 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.; Cromwell Valley Park is offering Catch Your Dreams, a program suitable for ages 8 and older at the Willow Grove Nature Education Center.
