The NBA All-Star Game 2015 live stream arrives online on Sunday night with televised coverage as well. Fans will watch the Eastern and Western Conference rosters with the likes of Stephen Curry, Kevin Durant, LeBron James and Kyrie Irving dazzling fans with their on-court talents. It may also begin to mark the end of the era for certain superstars taking part in the game including Tim Duncan and Dirk Nowitzki. The NBA All-Star Game live streaming and TV presentations will be shown to fans through Turner Network Television.
According to the NJ.com website on Feb. 15, the All-Star game will start at 8:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time from Madison Square Garden in New York. The West is 3-2 in the past five games, with the East winning last year’s contest 163-55 thanks to MVP Kyrie Irving. LeBron James is in search of his third MVP award for the game to match superstar Kobe Bryant, who will not be participating tonight due to injury. James is joined on the East starting lineup for this year’s game by Carmelo Anthony, Pau Gasol, John Wall and Kyle Lowry.
In terms of reserves, there’s four Hawks represented, thanks to the team’s stellar play so far. Kyle Korver and Jeff Teague make their first appearance, while Al Horford and Paul Millsap get another appearance. Joining them are Chris Bosh, Kyrie Irving and in his first appearance, Jimmy Butler of the Bulls. Dwayne Wade will not appear in the game due to injury. They’ll face a West team with a starting lineup hit by injuries as Blake Griffin, Kobe Bryant and Anthony Davis are unable to compete after being voted in by fans.
The reigning Three-Point Contest champ, Stephen Curry, will start along with Marc Gasol of the Grizzlies. James Harden, Tim Duncan, Kevin Durant, Russell Westbrook, Damian Lillard, LaMarcus Aldridge and Dirk Nowitzki all make returns to the game. Klay Thompson of the Warriors and DeMarcus Cousins of the Kings will get their first appearances in the game. Golden State’s Steve Kerr will head up the West as coach while Mike Budenholzer of the Hawks serves as the East coach.
So who is expected to win today and just how many points are going to be put on the scoreboard? The Western Conference All-Stars are favored by about 2-1/2 to 3 points heading towards the game, while the over/under points total is set at a whopping 298 points at many books. Keep in mind that the last three games had combined points totals of 318, 281 and 301. These games tend to lack a whole lot of defense, but feature a plenty of dazzling plays and scoring so these points totals aren’t out of reach.
