The North Coast Co-Op, located in both Eureka and Arcata, not only offers organic and local food and grocery products. They also have community kitchens where staff and local chefs and non-profit organizations offer classes in both cooking and overall nutrition. They recently released their Winter 2015 class and workshop schedule so Humboldt County residents can plan which classes they would like to attend. All information is from the Co-Op’s newsletter.
The following classes and workshops are scheduled to be held in January 2015. Future articles will highlight the classes for February and March. Co-Op members receive a 20% discount on all classes and workshops and unless specifically for families and/or children, the classes are designed for adults only.
