Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Monday February 16, 2015. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.
The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.
Stephanie Ann Baldwin, 29, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for probation violation. Baldwin remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (2/15/2015)
Allison C Edwards, 34, of Rome was arrested on a warrant for child support. Edwards remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $16,020.89 cash only bond has been set.
Devares Laron Frazier, 36, of Cedartown was sentenced. See also (10/12/2012)
James Alexander McMakin, 29, of Dallas was arrested and charged with DUI (alcohol) and speeding in excess of maximum limits. Mcmakin was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $1,842.
Darius Jamal Strong, 26, of Cedartown was charged with failure to report an accident, failure to maintain lane and reckless conduct. Strong was released on 2/18 after posting property bonds totaling $4,100. See also (12/18/2014)
Franklin D Swafford, 45, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended. Swafford was released the same day after posting a $1,200 property bond.
Jason Lee Timms, 29, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with possession of meth, felon in possession of firearm, possession of firearm during a crime, theft by receiving stolen property, burglary, stalking and harassing phone calls. Timms remains in custody with bond denied at the time of this publication. See also (9/13/2012)
James Edward Williams III, 18, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Williams was released on 2/17 after posting a $300 property bond. See also (12/14/2014)
Jermaine Tolbert Williams, 39, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with driving while license withdrawn. Williams was released the same day after posting a 43,210 property bond. See also (1/19/2013)
Tizaerain Wilson, 17, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, resisting a police officer, inmate in possession of contraband and a warrant for failure to appear. Wilson was released on 2/18 after posting a $1,100 property bond. See also (10/19/2014)
