Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Monday November 24, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.

The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

David Blackmon, 25, of Rockmart was arrested due to a bond drop by Bad Boyz Bonding Company on original charges of disorderly conduct and criminal trespass. See also (11/22/2014)

Gina Michelle Bridgers, 42, of Buchanan was arrested and charged with driving without a valid license, two counts possession of schedule II drugs, drugs not in original container and failure to maintain lane. Bridgers was released the same day after posting a $5,000 property bond.

James Burnley, 38, of Rockmart was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in magistrate court. The warrant was recalled and Burnley was released on 11/26.

Stormy Lynn Burnley, 33, of Rockmart was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in probate court. Burnley was released on 11/26 after paying a $175 cash fine.

Barbara Jean Chastain, 27, of Cedartown was arrested on a 48 hour hold. Chastain remains in custody at the time of thise publication. See also (9/10/2014)

Tonya Elaine Deems, 43, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting. Deems was released on 11/26 after posting a $1,100 property bond. See also (11/14/2012)

Robert Joe Farmer Jr., 20, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with theft by receiving stolen property, entering an auto with intent to commit a felony, possession of meth, possession of schedule III drug, possession of marijuana, drugs not in original container an theft by receiving stolen property. Farmer was released on 11/27 after posting property bonds totaling $16,800. See also (10/20/2014)

Dewey Hammond, 67, of Gulf Shore, AL was arrested and charged with leaving the scene of an accident (hit and run) and failure to maintain lane. Hammond was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $1,000.ju

Salomon Juarez, 56, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving while unlicensed and expired tag. Juarez was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $2,400.

Jerry Eugene Shaw, 49, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for probation violation. The warrant was recalled and Shaw was released on 11/26. See also (5/14/2014)

Darius R Woolfork, 25, of Rockmart was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in probate court. Woolfork was released the same day after paying a $15 cash fine.
