Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Saturday April 18, 2015. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.
The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.
John Kevin Gazerro, 47, of Rockmart was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in superior court. Gazerro remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (3/11/2013)
Kimberly Henry, 32, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for probation violation. Henry remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (4/13/2014)
Paul Franklin Hudgins, 43, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with false imprisonment under the Family Violence Act (FVA) and simple battery (FVA). Hudgins was released on 4/20 after posting property bonds totaling $5,100. See also (10/25/2014)
Jada Michelle Lameka, 48, of Rockmart was arrested on a warrant for failure to apppear. Lameka was released the same day after paying $700 cash.
Edwin Dale McWhorter, 28, of Cedartown was arrested on warrants for two counts failure to appear. McWhorter remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (9/20/2014)
Joel Dale Sisson, 31, of Cedartown was arrested in Rome and charged with DUI(alcohol), driving while license suspended, open container violation, third degree cruelty to children, battery and aggravated assault. See also (3/19/2014)
Krista Lynn Thorpe, 26, of Rome was arrested and charged with shoplifting. See also (11/25/2014)
Shannon Jermaine Washington, 32, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Washington was released on 4/20 after posting a $2,600 property bond. See also (12/9/2014)
