David: “I owe you an apology.”
Nolan: “You owe me a reputation, a cell phone and about 23,000 twitter followers.”
“Intel” is the November 30 episode of “Revenge.” If you haven’t seen the episode, then beware of spoilers. Be sure to check out the slideshow for more quotes from tonight’s episode. “Revenge” airs Sunday nights at 9 p.m. CT on ABC.
Let’s take a moment to reflect on the glory that is the David and Nolan scenes. They are spectacular. It is amazing that David actually opens up to Nolan about everything. Perhaps the two of them will continue to team up now that David has had a taste of how useful Nolan can be.
Alright, the new big bad has a name – Malcolm Black. Either his thugs are terrible at following orders, or the order wasn’t actually to bring David in unharmed. None of those things seemed to be happening, especially with the hit and run attempt.
Victoria is her normal Victoria self – she gives up Emily to Malcolm Black, essentially. It’s really not shocking at all. What would be shocking is that after hearing David describe how terrible of a person Malcolm is that Victoria came clean to him or Emily about what she did.
With this new big bad, the writers could actually unite everyone behind one cause. There could be a joint effort to take down Malcolm, which would be great to watch. Emily and Victoria actually working together? It would be mind blowing.
Of course, this is highly unlikely, but at least the writers have Emily opening up to Ben more about her motives. He doesn’t know the full story, but he knows what direction Emily is digging in. It’s always great to see a new person get dragged into the revengenda.
As nice as it is to see Emily open up to someone, the chemistry just still isn’t quite there between her and Ben. It still comes off as Ben being really eager and Emily having to play along to get what she wants. Do you ship Ben and Emily?
It’s not hard to feel bad for Louise in this episode, which is surprising. She has not been a very sympathetic character. Mostly, she is just annoying while on screen. Her scenes with Nolan started to make her at least fun to watch.
If she could just only be Nolan’s friend and not be crazy obsessed with Victoria, life would be perfect. However, it seems like you get both or none. Still, the writers did a good job with her character in this episode. Did you feel bad for Louise?
One of the best things to happen is Daniel finding out about Emily being Amanda. Their dynamic has drastically changed, and they are so fun to watch. They are brutal with each other in terms of characterization, and what is fantastic is that both Daniel and Emily listen to the other one and go do something about it. Are you loving these two?
Margaux is pregnant. Um, okay? This is not exciting, although Margaux rarely is. It is hard to tell what will happen next. Ideally Margaux takes herself far away from Daniel, and she and her child live a happy life off screen. What are your Margaux thoughts?
