“Henry County Schools has a dedicated Board of Education, and its strong leadership over the years has helped see the school system through some of the most challenging economic times while also guiding it through some of the largest growth in student enrollment. They continue to support such initiatives as Personalized Learning in the district and giving students and teachers all the resources needed to be as successful as possible.” – J.D. Hardin Henry County Schools Communications & Community Relations Coordinator
Board members hold a responsible position as public servants. By setting district policies, hiring personnel, maintaining adequate facilities and equipment, provide transportation services, and the dispersal of school funds. These actions are focused on what the board determines is best for students and staff members.

We are thankful for their dedication to our students, staff, and community, and we rely upon their encouragement and support to make Henry County Schools one of the top performing schools systems in the state.”
