All over the Badger State, February’s first full weekend offers opportunities for runners and fitness fans to step up to winter competitions and exercise. Running highlights include snowshoe races, theme runs, two indoor triathlons, a yeti race, and a zoo event.
Participants and spectators, as always, do well to gear up for current weather conditions and to check event specifics before attending. Race-day packet pickups and registrations may be offered for some events, while others may have closed entries well in advance. Last-minute chances and cancelations occasionally crop up, especially in the winter months.
These Wisconsin running events take place from Friday, February 6, to Sunday, February 8.
