A 19-year-old from southeast Houston was arrested and faces charges of animal cruelty for shooting and killing his neighbor’s dog, reports Click2Houston.com.
Jessico Ramirez, 19 was arrested by officers from the Houston Police Department on Tuesday.
“He was pooping all over the yard so I had to shoot him. I don’t feel bad,” Ramirez allegedly admitted to a news reporter on air from KPRC. “I had a pellet gun so I shoot every animal that came around here.”
The six-month old puppy was owned by Noe Torres, who was not home when Ramirez used his pellet gun to kill the pooch.
Bond was set at $1,000.
