Every company wants you to believe in their pledge. Gimmicky promises like “two weeks for the best skin of your life” or “anti-aging makeup” catch our attention and empty our wallets — but how often do we find them to be true?
Here’s a name to remember that indisputably delivers on promises: HydroPeptide.
Clean ingredients and rapid results are what sets HydroPeptide apart from other skincare lines. HydroPeptide products contain over 60 unique peptides which repair the skin from past damage and prevent it in the future. You won’t find artificial fragrance, parabens, or sulfates in the products, either.
What I love the most about HydroPeptide is the team of estheticians ready to provide suggestions for the best possible skincare routine based on your unique needs. They are reachable via the Ask The Expert page. I briefly described my skin type and concerns and received a quick response with 3 skillfully chosen products to combat my issues. The products chosen were the Purifying Cleanser, Even Out, and Face Lift. I used this trio for about a month. Here are my results and a little background information on each product:
What is it? A salicylic and mandelic acid antibacterial cleanser which helps to promote a clear complexion.
Review & Roundup: Though I do have dry patches on my skin, this cleanser did not irritate them and actually helped to give me a healthy, daily exfoliation. It removed any excess oils and prepared my skin for Even Out, which brought moisture back. I also tried this product as a mask, leaving a thick layer on my skin for about 5 minutes, but I prefer to use it as a cleanser.
Even Out Skin Brightening Pigment Corrector
What is it? A serum which works to even the complexion, correcting redness, hyperpigmentation, and sun spots.
Review & Roundup: This was undoubtedly my favorite (and the most effective) product of the trio. I noticed a visible difference after only 3 days; my skin’s natural redness was toned down and my makeup looked better, almost as if I was wearing a silicone-based primer for skin smoothing. This serum contains a HydroPeptide-exclusive ingredient called Chromabright which safely works to inhibit skin darkening melanin. I have some visible acne scarring which also seemed to fade a bit after continued use of Even Out. If there is one HydroPeptide product to try it’s this one, as it treats an array of different skin issues at once.
Face Lift Ultra-Light Moisturizer
What is it? An antioxidant moisturizer light in texture and full of anti-aging ingredients.
Review & Roundup: It is so extremely difficult to find a moisturizer with anti-aging benefits that isn’t a heavy, pasty cream. This moisturizer is water-based so it’s light in texture but does a nice job of plumping the skin. It also contains anti-wrinkle peptides which stimulate cell metabolism, and brightening agents like Vitamin C and white tea. I love that I have finally found a product which works to lift the skin without the traditionally thick, sticky feeling. It’s a perfect moisturizer for all skin types.
The synthesis of science and results is what makes HydroPeptide a line worth trying. What do you plan to pick up? Visit the website here and let me know. Feel free to email me at email@example.com. Enjoy your new skincare routine!
