People who regularly patronize Caesars Atlantic City have been watching the transformation in the lobby from Mia to Gordon Ramsay’s new place. Well, you don’t have to wait any longer. The Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill is open right now at Caesars for your dining enjoyment!
“We’re really excited about the opening after such a great success in Vegas. We have an amazing team and partnership with Caesars,” said Gordon Ramsay, “and we’re looking forward to bringing it to the East Coast.”
The new eatery has 250 seats and the décor of an authentic English pub. Veteran gourmet chef George Galati will be helming the kitchen. If you don’t know the name, I’m betting you remember Chef George from “Dinner: Impossible” with Chef Robert Irvine on the Food Network.
The head restaurant chef will be “Hell’s Kitchen” Season 13 winner Chef LaTasha McCutchen. Chef LaTasha was a fan favorite throughout that season and managed to win the praise of Gordon Ramsay, something not too many have done. How did she do it?
“I feel like I opened the doors to my future. I trusted in myself. I believed in myself and I know now that I have what it takes to be a true leader in this industry.”
The setting is wonderful and the chefs are great. But what you really come to a restaurant for is the food. So what is there to eat at the Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill? You’ll find typical British pub faves like bangers and mash (sausages and mashed potatoes), steak & ale pie, fish & chips and Yorkshire rib roast. You’ll also find Gordon Ramsay favorites like beef wellington and wood-grilled lobster tail prepared on an oak-fired grill.
With all that great food, you’ll need something to wash it down, right? The bar is magnificent! There are 26 beers on tap. You’ll enjoy Wells & Young’s, Magners Original, Fuller’s and more, as well as local brewers such as Cape May Brewing Company. If you don’t find anything you like on tap, you can choose from 22 bottled beers from around the world. And that beer on tap can also be taken home in custom 64-ounce growlers.
So now that I’ve whetted your appetite, you need to get down to Caesars and tuck in at the Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill. This restaurant has been extremely successful in every venue it’s in, and that means crowded. Since this is opening weekend, reservations are recommended. You can make them by calling the Pub at 609-343-2600 or through the Open Table website.
“With the announcement of Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill at Caesars, Atlantic City continues to elevate itself as a culinary destination, one that features big television personalities, celebrity chefs, and now a Michelin-rated chef,” said Kevin Ortzman, President of Caesars and Bally’s Atlantic City. “Chef Ramsay is one of the world’s most highly-regarded chefs as evidenced by his multiple culinary accolades and we are honored to partner with him at Caesars.”
