As usual, this week, Dec. 1-7, in Orlando local music features some great live music events for fans to attend. In the past few months, Orlando has lost a few live music venues so it’s more important than ever to get out and support live, local music before it’s too late.
This is the final week for Idyllic Descent’s Kickstarter. The Orlando based band already hit their initial $1,500 goal and their $2,000 stretch goal, earning fans a fourth produced song on the band’s debut EP.
On Sunday is the final show for Orlando band Among Giants. They are playing at The School House with Henrietta, Lob Law and Caffiends for their last show.
Don’t forget, many bands have online stores for fans to purchase not only music but t-shirts, stickers, bumper stickers, patches, guitar picks, buttons, posters, hats and many more unique items. It’s a great way to not only support local music, but to spread the word about the amazing talent based in the Orlando area.
