The WWE Extreme Rules 2015 live stream and televised pay-per-view will take place Sunday night in Rosemont, Illinois, with the Allstate Arena the host site. Among the superstars in action will be John Cena, Randy Orton, Seth Rollins, Dean Ambrose, Dolph Ziggler, Sheamus and Roman Reigns, as nearly all matches will be fought under “extreme rules.” Thanks to WWE Network live streaming and televised coverage via cable or satellite, the pay-per-view will be available for pro wrestling fans to enjoy.
A report on April 26 from ProWrestling.net indicates that there are a total of eight matches on tonight’s Extreme Rules card, with one of those in question and another appearing on the special kickoff pre-show. Daniel Bryan’s health has been a recent issue and he may or may not wrestle in his planned Intercontinental Title match at tonight’s event against Bad News Barrett. As for the kickoff show, it will feature tag team champs Tyson Kidd and Cesaro defending their titles against Big E and Kofi Kingston of A New Day.
Several unique matches make up the main card, which begins at 8 p.m. EST. John Cena will defend the U.S. Championship in a Russian Chain match against former champ Rusev. Dolph Ziggler battles Sheamus in a “Kiss Me Arse” match, while Big Show and Roman Reigns have a Last Man Standing Match. Dean Ambrose and Luke Harper will slug it out in a Chicago Street Fight, while divas Naomi and Nikki Bella fight for the WWE Divas title in what appears to be a normal match. Topping off the card is Seth Rollins defending his WWE Championship against Randy Orton inside a steel cage.
Kane will be a special “gatekeeper” in that match to guard the cage door from escape or entry. That could play an interesting part tonight, but so far Rollins is listed as a heavy -1200 favorite to win, while Orton is a +600 underdog. In other matches, Roman Reigns is a -750 favorite to defeat Big Show (+450), Cena is a -530 favorite over Rusev (+350) and Dean Ambrose is at -600 to defeat Luke Harper (+400). Nikki Bella is a light favorite tonight at -190 compared to underdog Naomi of +150, while a surprising set of odds has Barrett listed as -150 against Intercontinental champion Daniel Bryan (+110).
